Because the answer i seek is something that i requested some posts ago.

Thats the biased shit there mate :/
Every other noob would have got that punishment..

Punishment for what? Tickling OM? It's not like anything got deconned and VAL didn't really cared not even to call votekick (afair I told him Im just playing).

Only game that actually was destroyed was that Nano game (Me+Merry -vs- 3 H), where you called vote without good reason;
This was only game destroyed so if you want to stop people from destroying games then you should stop kicking players that play correctly.

(But It was a vote not !kick so I do not care too much to get you banned for that (only you started this topic here

so whatever)

Just so we are clear, please sort this events by how much they destroy games:

A) huge dryout map, tickling OM a bit so the other 2 players ask wtf and then they know it was just playing and we continue to win. OM had time to heal, control more structures, spawn more children, send them to college, find a cure for cancer, and watched all season of House MD before any H come anywhere near it (they didn't afair at all, we owned them

B) someone writting something in global chat like yomomma to "your cried" (not spam)

C) small nano map, kicking correctly playing player and changing 2-vs-4 into 1-vs-4 where Merry was the Alien with almost no base.

I would say, starting from least important, it is A,B,C but you seem to disagree maybe?

/warn, /kick. If I wouldn't do it then a vote would be made.
I remember when lamefun kept getting kicked for bleeding eggs. Same principle. If you start bleeding OM and a human rushes in, game over.

Before more "rules reviewing" comes into play, be sure to read the bold font that says along the lines of: "You can't be an idiot."

Yeah H where never anywhere even in radar range of OM. Not even in same visportal =)

Doing this AND disconnecting right after does not look like something I would like to do;
If it would actually be me, then yeap I totally deserve a ban (assuming there where no special conditions to explain this but nothing comes to mind).

Let's see....pissed about ban talk on forums...takes his anger out on SAME STRUCTURE he got busted on before to prove he can still do it...but gets caught anyway..

No no, the guy who posted it went to all the trouble of photoshopping your name in there, and just so happened to take the picture last year.

That game was from 17.8.2012 and yes, epical intentionally destroyed OM.

You know what? I starting to like epical. He atleast speak truth and agree with consequencies due to his behavior.
On the other hand, there is few "normal" players, whose can turn into imposters, liars and deconners. Who is better? I choosing epical.

You say Epical does not lie, here he just did when saying that he didn't decon the overmind. Logs are the best proof !

Oh well Epical is level 2.. I'd better shut up then.. let him go he has the power.. He's.. allowed to do stupid things..
