Thats hes second deconn. He have dynamic IP. Im requesting IP range ban.
Hes dynamic IP is annoying, he keeps chainging it and back for another deconn.

VAL is deconner, but he tried to be "someone else" and "hidden". But this noob from screenshots trying to be "vissible VAL" and "not hidden".
