Can't paly a game without being kicked or muted

Last game I played on R Funserver CZ, and like usually with SLOVAKIA, Knight SVK and now with Arkadis their new friend I got muted for something i didnt do, moreover Riddick tried to unmute me but off crouse they voted no. After that SLOVAKIA deconned us and got another screen when Slovakia tried to kick me another time, is there anyway to stop them to do that ...
