admin promotion...

this is |-S-S-| Mr. angel (arch/seth are other)
and ive been playig for more than 3 years on the server but only admin for a year...
ive met luci, muffin, and other high rank admins...
and they know me (only by account in R... not in real life...)
so plz if you can... can u promote to atleast a regular... cuz im there often enough to know people and places...

Ah Yea whats the most common diference in lvl 2 and lvl 3? err one is Server supporter (lvl 3) and its white listed , the next is server regular(lvl 2)?
