admin please form won't work

hey rotacak the form thing keeps saying i didn't fill out all forms can u just talk to other admins bout it and then tell me my email is korbin.rausch@gmail.com please

What seems to be the problem. What form thing? Form for applying for admin?
If so make sure you read everything and do everything it tells. I believe when you miss a certain thing it shows you what.

Make sure you chose an answer for

"What are you going to do if we give you an admin level and then revoke it because of your mistake(s)?"

Its on the right side instead of left, make sure you clicked an option. That might've been the problem.
