Admin reqs approve/deny

I noticed that some of the Requests on the admin req page are ourdated. I am only reminiding whoever approves/denies them (I think it's nooteh?) that some of them are outdated.

Nooteh is no admin anymore.

They are outdated due to small amount of admin votes.

Ohh Okay. Fair enough. I only asked because my friend The Cookie Monster is complaining at me because his admin hasn't been decided yet.
