Battle... Application is for lvl 6... If Noctu dont wanna be admin he should be given lvl 2 atleast...

And btw, he wants 'minus one' admin level. So it's not a deal of /register.

Well, I presume any admin can give you level -1. There is a command for that: /!ban playername 0 -r setting level -1

it would be good to give admins setlevel to level 0-2, I was endlessly noobs spamming if can be level 2 O_o but I can only to a registration and it is there before it is up to no good is not enough to L0 and L1 O_o I gave them at least 2 had Perhaps I should calmdown xD (2 equal 2 will not affect anything much nothing)

Nah, we need some command like .setlevel 999 with message:
"You have been given the UBER admin rights! You are now godlike!"

And, well, nothing more than that happens xD

!p isn't comand, but you mean !cp, no? you can use !cp read rules noobs! and all players see it.
