If someone spams a lot of rubbish to chat or he's abusing too much. One more time: If too much! Not once, twice or 10 times, but only if it's repeated and too much. Be prepared: he may begin to decon after mute.

OBVIOUSLY it was a no-win situation, because he already thought the game was worthless. >.<
Even if you had gone as far as to keep the "conversation" up without the mute, he would have gotten mad enough to decon anyway.
And if you had voted to kick him, he'd also decon.
Poor chap, his score must have been in the negatives....so sad...
