Alright... lets go over the facts of this case:
First of all, this is rotas comment considering your behavior:

"All other bullshits" I would consider baiting admins with your petty binds to be bullshit. Since you decided not to show that bind in your post (lie by omission) this is the bind that you used:

You were clearly playing with fire in this and you happened to get burnt. You had clear warning from the server owner to stop your bs and you didnt.
I understand that you had to test the boundaries and see what you could get away with. I stopped you, move on.
There is very little point in muting you for 2 seconds at the end of the game (probably why you did it then), so yes you got a 5-minute mute at the beginning of the next game. Actions have consequences. Just because a new match is started doesn't what happened in the last 30 seconds of the last match is forgotten.
Eg. If someone basenaded at the end of the last map, and I didnt have time to do a kick, there is no reason that I shouldnt kick you at the beginning of the next map.
Now onto the next point: The unmute votes:
kenny/whoever was the second guy calling for a unmute vote.
First of all, kenny/other guy didnt see the reason that I wrote and that was clarified after I muted you. (This was informed after the votes have been cancelled)
If an admin decides that you need a form of punishment then other users should not immediately begin to call votes to undo punishment. (Hence why normal users cant do votes to unkick/unban) . They can ask in game and say it was unwarranted and maybe I will change my mind. The other alternative is here on the forum/on the irc. I am more than willing to defend my actions and to explain why I did what I did with all the necessary proof.
The "iain is a dictator" vote was cancelled by lizard within 5 seconds of it being started, so dont try pinning that one on me.
and dont etc etc me, there was nothing else or you would have written it so stop trying to make false implications.
At least when I or certain other admins are "trolling" we do not need to ruin game play you know.
Unfortunately the number of times that I have had people complain to me about your trolling would seem to indicate that it does have a rather large effect on gameplay and the community.
Lastly:

It wasnt uncalled for and you knew that you were testing the boundaries. Why don't you just accept that you have finally made one mistake to far and move on?
