Can i have admin? i have a Lot of Experience.Setlevel kiingnoob to 0 first and can i have level 6?

I am admin on A level 3 on F level 4
On W level 3 on X level 4 on Wonderland level 5.

No, but we admins could always troll that annoying horse's ass every time he enters the server... (Kidding, if it's abuse of power)
We can wait for PPNL to be online as the same time as him, only PPNL and Iltavuo have the coveted Banhammer.

He has always behaved *well*(as in, nothing ban/kick worthy, a mute sometimes) when I'm on. So I'm just confirming, he is acting so bad on other times that I should ban him on sight?

Sure. He knows you're a Senior Admin and you can ban him. So he behaves normally.
We cannot do something more serious than a kick to him.
So, yes please, ban on sight.
