Hello,i play so long and i am still lvl 1 and one time i had level 2(Thanks Logicry). I think i am good player bud many rages ^^. I want have one time level 4. Thanks

But many time it isnt rage but we have only one PC and when i play and mum want to go to Facebook

Listen up...
This isn't about anybody being better or anybody outskilling the other.
This is more or less about the immunity given to the level 4.
If we give level 4 to an instable rager, we have created something like a Epical-Syndrome.
I can rage - nobody can harm me!
So you're better off sorting yourself out.
