First of all i recommend nick change (becouse it is plagiarism). Do some nice !rename Nomade UnnamedPRAY-NOW! And let him choose other nick. For his idiotic actions i recommend perma MUTE.
Its like !mute Nomade, he reconnect and when NOMADE IS CONNECTED is written, write !Mute Nomade and he will be like LOL.

Then for his idiocy i request perma ban... or for 2 weeks...
The nodding of the head once to symbolize a greeting, cuz we white folk to damn lazy to open our mouths and speak up. Nods are also easier to shake off than a flase "hello".
