the rocket flamethower: single-use weapon, that shoots fast rocket with fire(or chemical like alien poison/acid) damage, damage less than luci, but explosion area must be much more than nades/mines/lucies

1: Damage is same as grenade
2: Reload 3-5 seconds
3: Cost 800c
4: Can be armoury spammed
5: Speed is just a bit faster than the 1.2 luci.
