Replacement sounds for Tesla and Jetpack

Those two tend to get on my nerves so I tried making some replacement sounds.

About this sound mod. I just had it override the defaults on my install. I actually packed it in a .pk3 for no good reason. I'm not sure how it would work without overriding the originals, need some help there.

Just copy newsound01.pk3 to your base, it should work.

I thought you were already trying to replace the originals?
If all else massively fails, just put it in place in the source code and recompile. (Tutorials for recompile on tremulous.net)

Put the pk3 in ~/.tremulous/base.

It works now, did a reinstall after some things were being wonky.
